Overall experience was nice. Front desk staff and valets are amazing. The 3 stars are due to a couple of things. The fact that you can not order brunch from The Apron at 10:40 a.m. on a Sunday! If there was another option for brunch, it would have been nice to have been informed. We had a couples massage, and while the massage itself was nice, the overall experience of the spa seemed lacking. For the high price we paid, I had hoped the lounge we were in before and after our massage would have been relaxing. The lounge atmosphere could be improved with lower lighting, tranquil music, and lavender infused throughout the space. For a $500.00 - 50 minute massage, I had hoped for more.

The reason for the visit to the new Omni was a company Christmas party. We valeted before walking into the party. We figured that was smart considering the circumstances. The venue was absolutely beautiful. The staff was attentive and wonderful. A lot of fun was had and ultimately we ended up getting a room. The price for a standard room was STEEP. But we slept well and they brought my car to me in the morning 😂

My husband and I came and visited to celebrate his birthday. I’ve visited other Omni properties and this one blew me away. It’s very luxurious and the staff treated us so amazing! I wanted to personally thank these lovely people Tyler, Michael + Brandon from the lookout lounge & bar and Jamie from The Apron for making our experience here so great and enjoyable. By the way they make amazing cocktails! The valet staff we’re kind and very attentive, always available to help. They offer heated pools, jacuzzi & more! The view from our room on the 6th floor was so beautiful especially during sunset hour. Our stay was short, but I can’t wait to come back again and try out more the things that they offer here. Would highly recommend

We spent New Years 2024 at Omni Frisco. My husband had the best experience golfing while I enjoyed just relaxing and shopping. Food and drinks are top notch just like the service. We will definitely be back in the Spring.

It's a drive from anywhere other than frisco...but it's worth it. Holiday luncheon of 1200+ people. Drink lines were long, but moved quickly. Food was was hot and delicious and the steaks were served medium rare. Casino was set outside, but …

Me and my sister had a wonderful time here! It is an amazing place to come to and relax! My sister and I got the resort house and it was an amazing time! Thank you so much Omni, PGA Frisco for everything. Great hospitality, and great service! Not to mention great drinks, and food.

First off the staff is perfectly lovely though maybe a little under trained. Called to make reservations at one of the restaurants and then when we show up for dinner the restaurant was closed. We were also double charged for drinks …
